Mr Rajesh Garg Senior Advocate held the coveted posts of Additional Advocate General, both for the States of Punjab as well as Haryana, from the years 2008 to 2014, and later went on to be designated as a Senior Advocate in the year 2014. He is practising at the Supreme Court of India and the Punjab & Haryana High Court, besides other High Courts. He is currently the Chief Legal Advisor to the Bhakra Beas Management Board.

He has to his credit, a vast & diverse experience in various branches of law, which include, among others, Direct Taxation - with special emphasis on Income Tax, Service Law, Criminal Law, Medical Negligence cases, Industrial Disputes, Commercial Litigation - including Real Estate & Commercial Litigation with Criminal overtones, Revenue & Land Disputes.
